Our cutting-edge client is searching for a Senior Medical Director to join their Clinical Development team! Our client is an innovative biotech who are focused on developing therapies in the Oncology space.

The Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical strategy and advancing the development of the hematology-oncology portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this individual will provide expert guidance on clinical trials, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to accelerate the development of therapeutic candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the clinical development strategy for one or more programs in hematologic malignancies, overseeing early phase trials.
- Provide medical oversight, interpretation of clinical data, and strategic input into trial design, patient recruitment, and overall clinical program development.
- Work closely with regulatory affairs to prepare for regulatory submissions, ensuring that clinical trial designs meet global regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with translational medicine, biostatistics, and other departments to ensure the integration of biomarker-driven strategies into clinical trials.
- Present clinical data to internal leadership, external partners, and at major scientific conferences.
