Who We Are Looking For:
We’re seeking an experienced manufacturing leader with expertise in clinical and commercial manufacturing and a proven track record of leading high-performing manufacturing teams.
Your Role & Impact:
As the VP of Manufacturing, you will:
- Develop & execute commercial manufacturing strategies
- Lead & scale manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Manage resources, including equipment, budgets and timelines
- Drive manufacturing performance to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional senior leaders to align strategy and execution
Key Qualifications:
- Expertise in commercial-scale manufacturing
- Strong mammalian cell-therapy background
- Exposure to engineering principles (mechanical/chemical)
- Proven leadership & team-building experience
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field
