We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Events to lead our team, drive success, and inspire excellence across all projects.
What You’ll Do
As the Director of Events, you will:
- Lead & Empower: Mentor and manage a dynamic team of event planners, creating a collaborative and supportive environment that champions accountability and growth.
- Deliver Excellence: Oversee operations, resource allocation, and CME event execution to ensure all projects meet client goals and exceed expectations.
- Strategize for Success: Partner with senior leadership to implement innovative solutions, streamline processes, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Client Leadership: Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction while managing conflict with professionalism and care.
- Drive Results: Develop and monitor KPIs, prepare strategic plans, and provide regular reports to ensure operational success and profitability.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and continually explore ways to enhance services and exceed expectations.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 10 years of meeting/event planning experience, with at least 5 years in a management role (CME experience preferred).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive a productive and engaged team.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree (required); CMP certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A collaborative mindset with a dedication to client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
