Integrative / Functional Medicine Provider

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS

1. MAKING THE MAGIC HAPPEN - manage the patient experience by ensuring every Meeting Point Health patient in the Functional Medicine program receives an extraordinary experience through all communication in-person, phone, email and portal. Our clinic is cash-based and does not accept insurance. The patient experience must be unlike every other medical clinic.
- See patients in-person and virtually using the technology platform provided by the practice (Cerbo MD-HQ)
- Provide excellent, personalized patient care according to the guidelines provided by the practice
- Address root cause first and foremost by utilizing advanced functional testing
- Work closely with our care team including IV nurses, front desk, health coaches and medical assistants to help patients optimize outcomes
- Provide mentorship to non-Physician staff
- Participate in the development of the functional medicine program as we grow and perfect our processes
- Answer patient portal questions and assist with their questions and concerns
- Complete online charts in a timely and accurate manner, preferably same day
- Follow organizational policies & procedures according to Meeting Point Health Culture
- Work autonomously after completing training in our therapies. Consult with practice owners when necessary.
- Prescribe clinical protocols where applicable, especially as it pertains to the use of higher level therapies such as ozone therapy, nutritional infusions, bio-identical hormone therapy and peptide therapy
- Represent Meeting Point Health in the local and broader community
- Attendance at weekly Wednesday morning team alignment meetings
QUALIFICATIONS

- DO, MD, PA, or NP license with prescribing capabilities
- Functional Medicine Certification required
- Must be available for a Wednesday/Friday work schedule
- 1 years experience in a primary care fields
- 2 years of experience practicing functional medicine
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, brand-forward work environment
- Passion for your personal health and wellness and that of others
- Active Pennsylvania Medical License
- DEA license
- Familiarity using Google Suite, Slack, EMR, and ability to learn new softwares
COMPENSATION
