Meeting Street is currently looking for a Registered Nurse for 40 hours per week.
Duties:
Administers medications and performs nursing procedures ordered by the physician to be given during school hours including but not limited to G-Tube feedings, catheterizations, respiratory treatments, dialysis, dressing changes, wound care, trach care and suctioning, etc.
Performs ongoing health status evaluations and medication/treatment reviews to identify health needs and potential problems.
Documents all nursing care and changes in a student’s health status.
Communicates timely updates to families and applicable school staff regarding health concerns or changes in the health status of the student Collaborates with the other disciplines involved in a student’s care, to optimize the student school experience.
