The Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's vehicle fleet, including managing maintenance schedules, ensuring driver compliance, optimizing vehicle utilization, and monitoring costs to maintain efficient operations and safety standards within the fleet.
This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 4 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
Base Compensation: $62,400.

Key responsibilities:
- Maintenance Management: Scheduling preventative maintenance, overseeing repairs, managing relationships with repair shops, and ensuring accurate vehicle maintenance records.
- Driver Management: Hiring and training drivers, monitoring driving behavior, enforcing safety policies, and addressing driver performance issues.
- Compliance Management: Ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle safety and driver licensing.
- Cost Control: Analyzing fuel consumption, identifying cost-saving measures, and managing overall fleet expenses.
- Fleet Tracking and Reporting: Utilizing telematics systems to monitor vehicle location, fuel usage, and driver behavior, generating reports on fleet performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage complex fleet operations

The warehouse manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including managing inventory levels, organizing storage space, supervising staff, coordinating shipping and receiving, ensuring timely deliveries, and implementing safety protocols, all while maintaining efficient warehouse operations and optimizing productivity.
Key responsibilities of a warehouse manager:
- Inventory Management: Tracking and controlling stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and optimizing inventory storage to ensure accurate product availability. Truck Inventory Setup.
- Warehouse Operations: Overseeing receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Staff Supervision: Leading and motivating warehouse staff, assigning tasks, providing training, and addressing performance issues.
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery deadlines.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS): Utilizing warehouse management software to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
Required Skills:
- Clear and concise communication with staff, technicians, and other departments
- Efficiently planning and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Identifying trends and making data-driven decisions to optimize warehouse operations
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and related software
- Certified forklift operator in most cases
