What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Meg O' Malley's?
Meg O'Malley's is looking for a high-energy, professional bartender with enthusiasm and an outgoing personality to serve up a memorable experience to our Guests with quality food and beverages.
The Job:
- Greet each guest and provide an excellent experience for every Guest
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Mix and garnish alcoholic beverages to specifications of recipe
- Be accessible behind bar at all times for Guests and Team members
- Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to our Guests
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle and count money
- Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
- Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs.)
- Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and bar area to company standards
