Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Post-Closing Specialist to join our team at Mega Capital Funding, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth finalization of loan processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Review loan packages for completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing documents
  • Prepare and deliver final documents to investors or custodians
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage processing or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and industry regulations
  • Proficient in loan origination systems and document management software
