What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Customer Service position at Mega Furniture?
Mega Furniture is the fastest growing furniture retailer in the Valley and we are looking for passionate individuals to transform our guests into loyal clients! Mega Furniture is looking for a self-driven, full time, entry-level office assistant!!!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Must be able to travel between districts and have reliable transportation
- Bilingual is a plus but not mandatory
- Data entry with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Monitoring and reporting on inventory activity
- Responding to and following up on inquiries made by store personnel
- Communicating with corporate regarding the status of orders
- Great follow up skills to keep client’s up to date on orders
- Great phone skills to answer customers questions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Adept in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
- Self-driven, Independent worker but still team player
- Great communication skills
- Highly organized and able to follow directions closely
- Attention to detail is a must-have
