Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Mega HR. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to enhance our AI-first hiring platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve our product and provide valuable insights to our customers.
You will
Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to improve the performance of our AI assistant, Megan.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven solutions into our platform.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making.
Lead data science projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and AI technologies.
Requirements
Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
5 years of experience in data science or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
