We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Butcher to join our team. As a Butcher at Jagalchi SF, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cutting high-quality meats and seafood, ensuring exceptional presentation, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertly cut, trim, debone, and portion various meats and seafood.
- Advise customers on selections and cooking techniques for meat and seafood.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery area, adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
- Monitor inventory, track waste, and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
