Responsibilities
- Manage fashion 14K client accounts
- Track and distribute press placements
- Maintain and update media lists
- Assist with clipping when needed
- Assist on 18K client accounts when needed
- Communicate with editors regularly to foster relationships and ensure top placements
- Craft relevant trend, collection, and event pitches
- Help plan and execute seasonal Press Preview
- Plan and manage client events & desksides when needed
- Manage inventory for assigned clients
- Support PR Director on high level projects
Requirements
● 3 Years of PR
● MUST have account management experience
● Existing editor relationships in the fashion and fine jewelry industry
● Experience with Fashion GPS preferred
● Exceptional communication and writing skills and experience with pitching
● Attention to detail and consistent follow through
● Ability to multitask, delegate, and manage
● Highly self-motivated, willing to take initiative
● This is a semi-hybrid role, with at least three days in office required
● Some travel may be required depending on the needs of the team
