Activities include social skills training, management and monitoring of behavioral point systems, behavioral contracting, contract resolution and skill training, anticipatory guidance, life space interviewing, and personal care instruction.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients by implementing interventions outlined in the Person-Centered Plan
- Development of skills and replacement behaviors which can be practiced, applied, and continually addressed with treatment in a therapeutic and educational environment
- Identification and self-management of symptoms/behaviors
- Development/improvement of social and relational skills
- Document client intervention and behaviors
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Driver’s License (Required)
- Previous experience as a Direct Care Staff or in a similar position is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize appropriately
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
