What You'll Do:
- Foster Relationships: Help build and nurture relationships with potential clients and internal teams.
- Assist with Operations Management: Support the operations team in monitoring carrier performance and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Support Negotiations: Assist in negotiating rates and terms with guidance from senior team members.
- Organizational Skills: Learn how to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Time Management: Gain experience in prioritizing and balancing responsibilities.
