Purpose

As a member of the leadership team at MegaFood, this role will be pivotal in enhancing organizational efficiency, managing critical business processes, and ensuring flawless execution of strategic initiatives. This role will translate high-level business goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and execution excellence to drive cross-functional alignment and business performance.

Essential Function And Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Lead and enhance key business processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design, implement, and refine scalable frameworks for operational planning and execution.
  • Business Operations Leadership
  • Develop and manage the organization’s Operational Master Plan to align initiatives across teams and functions.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for high-profile meetings and executive plans, such as the Annual Operating Plan, quarterly business reviews, Board Meetings, Town Halls, and Monthly Leadership Team Meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create agendas, compile materials, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Commercial Operations Leadership
  • Oversee MarTech systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing their value to support business objectives.
  • Partner with commercial teams to optimize marketing and sales processes, driving operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a key problem solver and executor for strategic priorities, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
  • Execution Excellence
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ensuring projects are executed on time and with the desired impact.
  • Responsible for determining performance indicators for the company, managing and overseeing our business scorecard
  • Providing hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

Experience: 10 years of experience in commercial/business operations, or commercial leadership roles, ideally within a dynamic, growth-oriented organization

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Annual Pay Range

$149,958.00 - $225,090.00

(This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
