Key Responsibilities:
- We provide you daily with leads as soon as you log in to your computer to begin the workday. We do encourage you to create a pipeline of leads through circle of influence for constant activity.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on different insurance products including life, health, auto, home, and commercial insurance.
- Customize insurance packages to fit clients' budgets and coverage preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Follow up with leads and clients to provide ongoing support, address inquiries, and cross-sell additional products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must hold appropriate insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them within a specified timeframe.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
