ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As an Account Representative for Megan Green State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Must be willing to complete a CTS Sales Assessment prior to interview, which will be emailed to you
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Review current customer's policies and give them guidance.
Pivot to life and health insurance products to help protect our current clients.
Required with monthly goals
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
Position is salary plus commission and bonuses. Must have a strong desire to help protect people.
Position is in office only. Searching for a reliable, hardworking, career minded individual.
Commute to office must be reasonable and maintainable.
