• Proven experience working with Data Warehousing architecture, especially within government or child welfare systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Teradata Cloud (version 17.20) in an enterprise shared environment.
• Experience with Business Objects XI 4.2 SP4 on a Windows virtualized platform.
• Strong background in ETL processes, data integration, and transformation across complex systems.
• Solid understanding of SACWIS/CCWIS operational systems and child welfare data reporting standards.
• Excellent SQL and data modeling skills with the ability to optimize queries and structures for performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders, developers, and end-users.
• Experience delivering technical training and support to non-technical users and development staff.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work in a state or public sector agency, especially within Child Welfare, Health, or Human Services.
• Familiarity with federal data reporting regulations and compliance documentation.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and PII/SPII handling best practices.
