Scope of Work LV Tech

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of incoming low voltage wire harnesses for defects, damage, and compliance with specifications and standards
  • Perform electrical testing and continuity checks to verify proper functionality and connectivity of wire harnesses
  • Record and document inspection results-Low voltage harness
  • Identify and report and non-conformities or issues found during inspections to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to provide feedback on inspection finds and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Knowledge on BMS
  • Automotive Low Voltage background must.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge : Understand of low voltage electrical systems, wire harness components, and inspection techniques. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to wire harness manufacturing.
  • Diploma or any harness courses
