- Certified Pega Architect
- Experience leading teams of BSA or similar roles.
- Proven track record of similar work
- Process Discovery, Platform Utilization, Migration Strategy, Stakeholder Collaboration, Documentation & Reporting
- Experience crafting a comprehensive project plan
- Outlining the strategy, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Assessing the existing legacy workflows and automated processes across multiple business units and technology stacks
- Experience creating User Stories
- Preferred Skills : Delivering requirements to an Agile Software Development team.
