- Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 : 2015 preferred but not necessary)
- Acquaintance with 9004 : 2018 template a plus but not necessary
- Experience in completing and following up on Audit reports and resulting Corrective Actions
- Familiar with different manufacturing settings and company sizes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to read and comprehend technical language
- Midlevel ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and prints
- Friendly and good with people
- Reasoning skills and an objective outlook able to see a situation and distinguish between the letter of the law and the the spirit of the law.
- Undeterred yet unprovoked when presented with an argumentative or persistent personality.
