Summary/Objective:
As the HR Manager you will have the opportunity to join our growing business and be a full participant in projects impacting areas across the business.
The HR Manager will manage the organization’s employee resources. They will be responsible for leading the continued development of employee onboarding processes and create/maintain systems for effective employee tracking. They will be vital in the creation of candidate job offers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Manage onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance on employee conduct and company policies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary reviews and ensure market competitiveness.
- Provide employees with information regarding benefits options.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
- Support career development and growth opportunities for employees.
- Promote continuous learning within the organization.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure regular feedback.
- Develop performance improvement plans and monitor employee progress.
- Collaborate with managers to set clear performance goals.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure company policies adhere to labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HR best practices.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale.
- Organize team-building events and activities.
- Regularly assess employee satisfaction and recommend improvements.
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Conflict Resolution and Legal Issues:
- Handle disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to company policy.
- Advise management on legal issues related to employment, contracts, and disputes.
- Manage employee terminations and exits in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
