Senior Project Superintendent

Megen Construction Company, Inc. is excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Project Superintendent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful completion of our construction projects, overseeing every aspect from inception to completion with precision and expertise.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities with a keen eye for detail and quality control
• Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards to uphold the highest level of safety and quality
• Review and interpret intricate blueprints and construction drawings, providing valuable insights and solutions to complex construction challenges
• Collaborate effectively with subcontractors and vendors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless project execution
• Implement innovative project monitoring techniques to track progress, identify potential issues, and provide timely reports to stakeholders
• Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise to foster growth and development within the team
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines
• Proactively identify and resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction management, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general repair techniques to effectively oversee diverse construction projects
• Proficiency in software to streamline project planning and execution processes
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management, ensuring efficient and effective project outcomes
