We specialize in car accident cases and are seeking a qualified applicant to join our Demand Department as a Demand Writer. If you enjoy writing and want to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere with a highly motivated team and supportive leadership, this position is for you! While a background in personal injury law is required, we provide full training for this role.

Responsibilities :
- Identifying medical issues and utilizing familiarity with medical terminology
- Calculating damages and crafting persuasive demand letters
- Expressing and summarizing facts related to personal injury cases
- Explaining medical injuries in a clear and compelling manner
- Experience in Personal injury law law or drafting personal injury demands is a MUST. Applicants with no experience in personal injury law will not be considered.
- Proficiency in using CASEpeer case management software is a PLUS.
