Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, and copy) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with our team to align content with the firm’s brand and goals.
- Manage and monitor social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
- Track social media performance, trends, and analytics to refine campaigns and improve engagement.
- Create compelling content that showcases our firm’s journey, successes, and community involvement.
- Work closely with leadership, attorneys, and team members to generate ideas for social media content and marketing campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively bring new ideas to enhance our digital presence.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
- Experience with video production and editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly creative.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
