As part of the Estate Planning Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of estate planning and administration. Responsibilities include:
• Intakes with new client to understand their Estate Planning needs.
• Preparing retainers and opening new files.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies, and Powers of Attorney.
• Manage and organize client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for estate planning matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional administrative support to the estate planning team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of experience in an Estate Planning Practice.
• Strong understanding of estate planning principles and procedures.
• Experience drafting Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies, and Powers of Attorney.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary : $21 - $30
