- Review and process ROI requests per HIPAA guidelines
- Log and scan medical records into the EHR system
- Prioritize and complete daily ROI tasks based on policy deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Proficiency in EMR applications (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Lightning Step) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of confidentiality protocols and medical terminology.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet production goals.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Data entry experience and HIM program graduation (preferred).
