Job Summary :
Responsible for coordinating and implementing engineering change orders, production change notices and master data tracking for engineering. Role involves a significant amount of interaction with other departments within the plant, Engineering, and suppliers.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide plant engineering change coordination (Engineering Change Notices).
- Coordinates the implementation of engineering changes (Engineering Change Orders).
- Provide administrative support to engineering staff members by scheduling meetings, taking notes, and updating databases.
- Coordinating communication between different departments within a company to facilitate projects and operations.
- Coordinates Material Disposition with Engineering Changes
- Interfacing with other departments and suppliers with regards to Material Disposition.
- Maintain Engineering Files.
- Maintain historical records of Bill of Material and Records of Production.
- Update Job tracking and Order Status on Schedule.
- Other administrative support, including ordering supplies and special projects.
- This is a position of coordination requiring attention to project instructions from engineers.
