Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage incoming parts orders to ensure quality and deliver expectations are met.
- Manage incoming questions and request for support from our customers to ensure answers/actions meet the needs of our customers.
- Maintain knowledge of product and field service.
- Improves workflow by monitoring steps of the process; reducing processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Completes work plan for each assigned task in timely & quality-oriented manner.
- Maintains high quality levels by establishing, revising, and enforcing organization standards.
- Provides excellent customer support by answering questions and responding to requests in an efficient and timely manner.
- Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary. Implements change.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by demonstrating an understanding of all control points, equipment, and resources, exceeding compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Resolves Customer problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prefer BS, Business management, engineering, other combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- 5 years' progressive experience in an Engineer to Order environment.
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL.
- ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
- Subject matter expert regarding MAS products and service offerings.
- Able to effectively communicate up and down the organizational hierarchy.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- The ability to travel up to 60% to customer site locations to conduct service work.
