About the Role :
As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant (Treatment Specialist) , you will be an integral part of our team, assisting with orthodontic treatments, ensuring an outstanding patient experience, and helping improve our processes to achieve excellence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, values precision, and wants to be part of a team that supports each other in delivering top-quality care.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with our team to create an efficient, welcoming, and high-performing orthodontic practice
Prepare patients for orthodontic procedures and assist the dentist chairside
Perform orthodontic procedures as directed by the dentist
Build strong relationships with patients—helping them feel comfortable and cared for
Provide clear pre- and post-procedure instructions to patients and parents
Maintain a clean and organized clinical space, following infection control protocols
Take, process, and manage dental X-rays
Order, restock, and maintain dental supplies
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, and marketing support
Pour impressions for appliances and maintain the lab area

Qualifications & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior dental office experience preferred OR recent graduate of a dental assisting / auxiliary program
Orthodontic experience is a plus but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate!
