Job purpose
The IT Technician position is responsible for providing daily support to end users involving end user devices, desktops, laptops, network communication, and associated peripherals. The IT Technician is also responsible for the IT helpdesk and daily administration of user accounts. In addition to daily tasks, the IT Technician will be responsible for completing projects varying in scope and complexity. This position serves internal customers / employees and must ensure that customer service is optimal for end users.

Working conditions
Normal office environment expected to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an hour lunch that is flexible based on phone coverage requirements.
Physical requirements
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Also, must be able to regularly lift IT equipment such as monitors and printers up to fifty pounds. Equipment that is greater than fifty pounds must safely involve others to assist.
Direct reports
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Salary : $21-$24 / hr. DOE
