Maintenance handyman

Handyman - Maintenance Technician - Multiple Locations

We are seeking an individual who has a background in Maintenance, who has excellent

communication skills and confidence in their ability to work independently without supervision.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting up projects from start to finish with minimal

supervision, have experience working with a variety of building materials, and can

follow detailed instructions and protocol.

Responsibilities :

• Perform repairs and maintenance on all company locations
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Proficient in performing carpentry, electrical, painting, remodeling, and general

maintenance work.

• Know specific installation instructions.
• Keep any tools and supplies clean and organized.

Qualifications :

• Handyman Experience
• Make Ready Experience
• Basic Plumbing Experience
• Basic HVAC Experience
• Valid Driver's License

• Occasional Saturdays

Compensation : $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly (Depending on Experience)
