MEIKO CLEAN SOLUTIONS South East Asia (SEA) SDN. BHD. is the Malaysian subsidiary of the German Meiko Group, a leading global manufacturer of commercial glasswashers and dishwashers as well as washer-disinfectors for the care and hospital sector. The product portfolio also includes leftover food systems. The site in Singapore is a part of MEIKO CLEAN Solutions (SEA) SDN. BHD.

About the role :

Lead, control, coordinate and develop the Sales and Sales Support in Singapore.
Responsible for the strategic planning and analysis to achieve company goals.
Improve market presence in Singapore for all products and increase sales revenue.
Build a strong planner and dealer network.
Work closely with SEA HR and Finance Manager to ensure all local HR and Finance issues are addressed.
Reporting to the Managing Director of MEIKO CLEAN SOLUTIONS (SEA) SDN. BHD.

Requirements :

University Degree in Engineering with an Economics background or a degree in Economics with high technical affinity.

Fluent in English.

Experience in leading, developing and managing a sales and service team.

Affinity and experience for strategic working and thinking.

Self-determined way of working, entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of initiative and ownership.

Willingness to travel frequently.
