Key Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to work with the Sales Team to manage accounts and support our Milpitas, CA Office location.
Responsibilities include :
Developing and executing the company’s business strategies
Providing strategic advice to senior management
Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and direct management
Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
Work cross-divisionally strategic objectives that will reduce cost and redundancy of individual efforts
Capability in understanding complex customer applications and with creative ideas to present solutions to the application bringing value to the customer as well as for us, creating and understanding win-win situations
Develop complex marketing plan in close corporation with marketing, R&D, Sales managers, logistics, regional managers,
Ensuring accurate forecast and hereby best possible utilization of capital employed by ensuring an efficient, timely and predictable execution of factory load / production planning in close collaboration with PP / Logistics and regional managers
Supporting / managing / motivating a team of inside sales team in Asia supporting accounts in the West Coast Territory
Supporting direct sales activities including customer visits for Tier 1 OEMs
Handling of RMA / Customer complaints
Scope of work : Business development
Definition of strategy / Execution of strategy
Prospecting new accounts
Account management plans
Driving new sales
Develop marketing collateral – cut sheets- tradenames- white papers
Establishing go to market plans
Develop and manage existing business
Driving leading participating in Standards – tradeshows etc.
Marketing campaign materials
Team building
Sales meetings
Managing of pipeline opportunities
Customer project management
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Required Education : 4-year college degree, technical degree preferred
- 5 years of sales leadership and management experience in a related high-tech company
- Strong Leadership skills in leading and motivating a high performance sales team.
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with all client levels including C-level / executive
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Team Work oriented with a positive attitude
Previous experience in customer service in related field
