**Key Account Manager**
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to work closely with the Sales Team to manage accounts and support our office in Milpitas, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management.
- Analyze complex situations and provide solutions to ensure company growth and survival.
- Work cross-divisionally to reduce costs and redundancy.
- Understand customer applications and present creative solutions that bring value to both parties.
- Develop marketing plans in collaboration with marketing, R&D, sales managers, logistics, and regional managers.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and efficient production planning.
- SUPPORT and motivate a team of inside sales professionals in Asia to manage West Coast Territory accounts.
- Support direct sales activities, including customer visits for Tier 1 OEMs.
- Handle RMA/Customer complaints.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree or technical degree
- 5 years of sales leadership and management experience in a related high-tech company
- Strong Leadership skills in leading and motivating a high-performance sales team
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Teamwork-oriented with a positive attitude
Previous Experience:
- Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Understanding of CRM or sales force revenue software
- A self-motivated individual who can successfully manage and prioritize own workload with minimal direct supervision
