Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement innovative business strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Provide strategic insights and advice to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Analyze challenging situations and offer effective solutions to facilitate company growth.
- Collaborate across divisions to establish strategic objectives that minimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Understand complex customer applications and present creative, value-driven solutions for mutual benefit.
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with marketing, R&D, and regional managers.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and optimize capital utilization through efficient production planning.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing inside sales team in Asia while managing accounts on the West Coast.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including visits to Tier 1 OEM customers.
- Handle customer complaints and manage Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
- Lead business development efforts and create account management plans.
- Drive sales growth and develop marketing collateral such as cut sheets, white papers, and more.
- Establish go-to-market strategies and manage existing business relationships.
- Participate in industry standards and represent the company at tradeshows.
- Organize and lead sales meetings and customer project management initiatives.
Desired Skills and Qualifications :
Previous customer service experience in a related field is a plus.
