Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers seeking auto repair services, general inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and shop locations.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on service inquiries.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the repair team to ensure smooth communication regarding customer needs and service timelines.
- Assist with follow-up calls for customer feedback and service reminders.
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction, and appointment bookings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of automotive services is preferred, but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints with care.
- Proficient in using computer systems, customer service software, and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
