Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable; multilingual candidates are also welcome.

- Familiarity with Vonage procedures and terminology is a plus.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
