```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources/Payroll Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources/Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll processing, workers comp, unemployment, employee benefit management and more. You will play a key role in shaping our organization and ensuring that we have the right talent and resources in place to achieve our goals.
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
-Process Payroll
-Oversee and complete company spreadsheets that obtain to HR/Payroll
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training programs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others
- Experience with organization design and development
- Proficiency in web based systems such as Google Drive and more.
- Excellent budgeting skills to effectively manage HR expenses
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
