Job Summary
As a Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the service department in an automotive setting. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow within the service department.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Maintain high-quality standards for service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues
- Monitor and control inventory levels for parts and supplies
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in the service department
Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive service management
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with diesel engine repair, auto body repair, tire service, brake repair, and other mechanical services is a plus

Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
