- ASE Certifications / Maintaining Certifications
- Basic Computer / Mobile Device Skills
- Valid Drivers License
- Knowledge of Working on Foreign Cars
- Hybrid / Electric vehicle experience
- Work with and guide apprentice technicians
- Diagnose and teach diagnostics
- Willingness to lead and provide Constructive Criticism
- Guide techs to keep up with Shop Cleanliness
- Digital Communication with Service Writers
- Capability to Work Quickly, Efficiently, and Under Pressure
