Experienced Mechanic

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Nationally Branded Auto Repair Center.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance, including oil changes and tire rotations.
• Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs, ensuring accurate and transparent communication with customers.
• Inspect and test vehicles for necessary adjustments, utilizing strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Drive manual transmissions and perform emissions tests as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic is mandatory.
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment, including electronic diagnostic tools and digital vehicle inspections.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Deadline and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Exhaust and welding experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to obtain and maintain all necessary certifications and licenses.
