You will handle vehicle inspections and basic automotive repairs. There is room for advancement as you hone your skills
Responsibilities :
Perform work as requested on the repair orderPerform oil and filter changesAssist with vehicle alignmentsReplace windshield wiper bladesPerform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, as neededChecking all fluids and topping off as neededMounting and balancing tiresRepairing Tires using tire plugs as neededLubricates moving parts with specified lubricantsChecking tire pressure and adjusting to the correct pressure for the vehiclePerform tire rotationsChecking Battery Health and replacement of battery, if neededInspecting vehicles for oil leaksDocument all work performed on the work orderReplace wiper blades and air filtersMaintain a clean and safe shop environmentOther tasks as assignedQualifications :
Previous experience as an automotive technician, lube tech, or other related fields preferredKnowledge of basic automotive tools & equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Deadline and detail-orientedExhaust & welding experience a plusWhy Meineke?
