Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure a positive pool experience.
- Handle transactions accurately, including managing room charge tabs.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in the hospitality field, preferably in a hotel bar setting.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage customers effectively.
