How you will make an impact:
Meissner is looking for a self-motivated Manager to join our team of professional Facilities Associates. The Facilities Associates Manager will be responsible for creating structure, providing direction, and overseeing the teams daily responsibilities.
- Train, lead, and evaluate the performance of facilities staff.
- Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily facilities activities including receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies and inventory maintenance.
- Motivate staff and maintain good morale, communication, and performance standards/expectations while identifying training opportunities for Facilities team members.
- Assign and oversee employee tasks to ensure the organization is kept in excellent condition. Monitor request inbox and hotline calls as needed.
- Company vehicle and vendor management.
- Observe health and safety regulations, maintain facilities in a clean, safe, aesthetically pleasing, and orderly condition.
This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.
The skills and experience youll need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience is preferred.
- Valid drivers license is required.
- High School Diploma is required.
- Must have great organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to speak and communicate in English and Spanish preferred.

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
