About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Press Operator to join our team in Tennessee, TN. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating mechanical and hydraulic presses to produce high-quality metal parts. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues will be critical to your success in this role. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience operating mechanical and hydraulic presses
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CNC machines
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
