About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our team in Tennessee, TN. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment during the night shift. Your primary goal will be to minimize downtime and maximize productivity by performing regular maintenance and repairs on our machinery. You will work closely with our production team to identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise, and you will be responsible for keeping detailed records of all maintenance activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Experience with hand and power tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industrial Maintenance Certification
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Experience with welding and fabrication
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Strong problem-solving skills
