The Role
The Client Finance Manager will work closely with the Director of Client Finance and other members of the Finance team to ensure accurate processing and analyzing of the accounting information. As a member of the Finance team, Client Finance Manager participates in and supports team workflow and initiatives to help ensure quality of information and continuous improvement of the function overall.

The Role
The Client Finance Manager will work closely with the Director of Client Finance and other members of the Finance team to ensure accurate processing and analyzing of the accounting information. As a member of the Finance team, Client Finance Manager participates in and supports team workflow and initiatives to help ensure quality of information and continuous improvement of the function overall.
Responsibilities
Client Finance:
- Prepare client invoices and backup reports
- Respond to client inquiries with respect to billing, backup or payments
- Liaise with staff to obtain approvals and information for client accounting
- Conduct monthly WIP review meetings with the Brand Team and Production, along with monthly revenue meetings for respective client portfolio
- Track project costs and revenue against budgets, identifying and investigating variances
- Maintain client finance files on jobs and google drive
- Support Brand Team with scoping templates
- Prepare reporting and analysis for brand management and support in preparing client financial reviews and presentations
- Manage monthly client project reconciliations
- Assist in the development of client financial forecasts and budgets
- Assist Brand Management and Director of Client Finance in periodic forecasts of time/labor & pricing of scopes of work
- Accounting system support and training
- Manage WIP Aging and Revenue Accrual
- Timesheet collection
- Support Director of Client Finance to ensure a clean and timely month end close and with year-end audit and review
- Support Director of Client Finance with special projects and workflow process improvements
- College Degree, BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting
- At least 3 - 4 years prior experience in billings/ production billings / general accounting area
- Experience working in an advertising agency and/or client finance services is preferred
- Experience with ASC 606 required
- Experience with client contracts
- Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting
- Experience with enterprise level accounting system
- Must have advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Strong team player
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required under minimal supervision

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
