Job Descriptions :
- Responsible and taking ownership of OKRs related to account management process and result.
- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team.
- Leading and mentoring account management team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole.
- Maintain positive relationships across a variety of functions and roles, including executives, decision-makers, product managers, and functional users.
- Develop the operation automation to decrease friction and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal cross-function to enable product roadmap, customer needs, and overall communication.
- Establish Ad-hoc projects based on weekly performance to maintain and improve direct and indirect internal performance.
- Actively contributing to Mekari strategical movement formulation.
