Forming positive, professional relationships is key as you build rapport and trust, encouraging residents to connect with vital resources for their physical, mental health, and spiritual well-being. Your proactive approach will include hourly rounds of the home, ensuring it remains neat, secure, and inviting while checking in on residents to assess their well-being. As a first responder, you'll handle de-escalation, conflict resolution, and medical emergencies, providing crucial support in times of need.You'll also collaborate with case managers and handle various administrative tasks, all while working within a culture that values empathy and high performance.
